SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION REGISTRATION
Securities and Exchange Commission is the government regulatory agency designated to monitor the corporate sectors in the Philippines. In order to register a corporation in the country, all the requirements must be complied. Once your SEC Certificate is released, you can now operate legally in the Philippines. This is also the part where you can hire employees and open a corporate business account.
Bureau of internal revenue registration
BIR is an agency of the Department of Finance. After your SEC registration, you are now required to register the corporation with BIR. Corporations in the Philippines are complied to file for monthly, quarterly, and annual tax compliance.
Local government unit registration
The final step is the LGU registration. These are the necessary permits related to the location of your corporation. This will all be done and applied on the specific city your corporation is registered in. Applications for locational clearances, sanitary permits, business permits, and etc. will be done on this process.
