What are the De Minimis Benefits in the Philippines?
These are benefits provided by the employers to their employees on top of the basic salary intended for the health, peace, morality, and safety of the employees.
These benefits have a relatively small value which is regulated by the law. Therefore, not subject to income tax and withholding tax on compensation of both managerial and rank-and-file employees.
